Welcome to the 2015+ F150 / Gen 2 Raptor 5 Link Conversion Kit!
Ditch the leaf springs on your 2015+ F150 or Gen 2 Raptor and experience a new level of comfort and performance with the RPG 5 Link Conversion kit. Based on Ford’s Gen 3 5 Link Kit, we are excited to allow current ’15+ F150 and Gen 2 Raptor owners the ability to experience the difference between leaf springs and links while pulling 18.5″+ of wheel travel.
The kit will make some necessary changes to the 5 link suspension geometry seen on the factory Gen 3 Raptor with a relocation of the axle mounts to avoid binding during suspension cycle. Paired with 3.0 x 16″ coilovers and our 2.5 bump stop kit, you will get the perfect mix of on-road comfort and off-road performance.
Standard spring rates will be based on roughly 400lbs in the bed (loaded Recovery Rack and misc. equipment). If you are going to be carrying less weight or more weight, please let us know and we will provide springs for your need.
