Welcome to the 2015+ F150 / Gen 2 Raptor 5 Link Conversion Kit!

Ditch the leaf springs on your 2015+ F150 or Gen 2 Raptor and experience a new level of comfort and performance with the RPG 5 Link Conversion kit. Based on Ford’s Gen 3 Raptor 5 Link system, we are excited to allow ’15+ F150 and Gen 2 Raptor owners the ability to experience the difference between leaf springs and links with 18″+ of wheel travel.

The kit will make some changes to the 5 link suspension geometry seen on the factory Gen 3 Raptor with a relocation of the axle mounts to work better with the 1″ stainless steel FK uniball bearings at every pivot point. Paired with 3.0 x 16″ coil-overs and our 2.5 bump stop kit, you will get the perfect mix of on-road comfort and off-road performance for a Raptor experience that will provide smiles for miles.

Standard spring rates will be based on roughly 400lbs in the bed (loaded Recovery Rack and misc. equipment). If you are going to be carrying less weight or more weight, we can adjust spring rate accordingly. Custom tuning recommended.

The use of a Gen 3 Raptor rear housing with this kit is recommended but will result in the loss of your factory e-brake on a 2015-2020 F150 or Raptor. 2021+ F150’s can retain the factory e-brake with the use of the Gen 3 Raptor housing. All link mounts can be provided for a Gen 2 Raptor rear housing. Corresponding axle shafts will also be required.
