These brackets are a bad design and shouldn’t be sold for Raptors as they are currently manufactured. These will scratch your fender if you try to install these on a Raptor. The recommended solution of applying tape between the fender and the bracket is not sufficient because the pressure between the fender and the bracket causes the tape to be punctured and will still result in a scratched fender. Similar style brackets actually come with a silicone piece that sits between the fender and the bracket to they don’t make contact. I was really looking forward to these brackets but I would not recommend them for installation on Raptors.

The fit is tight between the fender and the hood, so it takes some patience to complete the install. The fit is tight between the fender and the hood, and this is the same for every bracket kit on the market. Glad you got your brackets installed and send us pictures of you putting them to work.
